Educational and Research Institute, under the guidance of our Honorable President sir is organizing a series of Guest Lectures, FDPs and professional talks. We express our heartfelt thanks to Prof. Dr. S. GeethaLakshmi our Vice Chancellor madam and Prof. Dr. C.B. Palanivelu our Registrar sir for their constant support and guidance.

The Department organized the National Conference CROSS ROADS 23, Bridging Electrical and Biomedical Vision for Limitless Innovation on 06.10 2023 .The inaugural session of the Conference commenced with the rendition of the Tamil Thai Vazthu, followed by the ceremonial lighting of the kuthuvilaku, signifying the auspicious beginning. Dr.K.Saravanan HOD/EEE extended a cordial welcome to all attendees.

The distinguished gathering was graced by the presence of Chief Guest , Mr.M.Vijayakumar ,Head, Business development.Voltech groups ,delivered an inaugural address. He delivered an extensive and insightful oration on “Solar Energy utilization and the Battery charging management systems in Electric vehicle”. He emphasized the significance of Renewable energy in Electric Vehicle Battery charging systems.

After the inauguration of the Conference ,a series of three parallel paper presentation sessions were meticulously organized. Over all we have received 61 research papers from various institutions. These sessions were presided over by esteemed individuals in their respective domains: Dr. V. Cyrill Raj (Addl Registrar Staff & Student Administration) Dr. N. Ethiraj (Dean E &T) Dr. T. Kalpalatha Reddy, Additional Dean E & T, at Dr.M.G.R. Educational and research Institute.Dr.V.Cyrill Raj Emphasized the significance of recent technology and tools of Electrical and Biomedical Engineering. Dr.N.Ehiraj addressed the importance of Bio Medical Equipments to develop the health care systems Dr.G.Rohini

,Professor &Head /EEE, S.A.Engineering College , Dr.V.Srividya HoD/EEE ,Meenakshi college of Engineering, Dr.P.Sinthia Associate Professor/BME ,Saveetha Engineering College were served as  Session Chair for Paper Presentation

The valedictory session of the Conference started with welcome address. Valedictory address was given by Mr.Rajinish Pandey ,Solution consultant, Digital Transformation. Delhi. He has highlighted the new technologies invented in Electrical Engineering and Bio medical Engineering . He motivated the students to upgrade their knowledge with innovative technologies. The session were presided over by esteemed individuals in their respective domain: Dr. L. Ramesh , Joint Registrar, Dr. E. Sheeba Percis, Joint Registrar. Delegates from outside colleges were given positive and energetic feedback about the National conference and the usage of Paper Presentation sessions. Prizes were distributed by the Chief guest to the participants. The session ended with the national anthem. The event was a great success.
